Mint is a landmark condominium tower in downtown Miami, Florida. It has 52 stories and close to 1,000 feet of frontage on the Miami River. This 530-unit masterpiece was designed by architect Luis Revuelta.
Mint is right in the middle of all of the action in Miami. It is just blocks away from The Shops at Mary Brickell Village, the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Brickell Avenue and the downtown central business district, access to I-95, and the American Airlines Arena, home of the Miami Heat. It also has easy access to South Beach, Miami International Airport, and the Wynwood Arts District.
It includes an exclusive, ultra-modern spa, a two-story Mezzanine Lobby and entertainment center, and lush indoor landscaping. Mint also has a recreation deck with a sunrise Infinity-edge pool with zero entry, an outdoor whirlpool, and waterside refreshment service. Other amenities include 24-hour valet parking service, trails and meditation gardens, and expansive outdoor space with hammocks, lounge beds, and Zen gardens.
Mint, along with its sister property The Ivy, is part of the Riverfront Community. Key International was the master developer of Riverfront Community (which will have over 2000 residential units), overseeing the infrastructure development, site planning and entitlements, utilities preparation, engineering, and road routing for the area.
