Highland Park Center is an eleven-story Class A office tower strategically located across the street from the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital campus and is also located two blocks from the Miami-Dade Court House.

The building has frontage from the east and west on State Road 836, also known as Dolphin Expressway, one of Miami’s most traveled highways. The Dolphin Expressway serves as the primary east/west corridor within central Miami-Dade County.

The office tower has 44,740 rentable square feet and was built in 2011. The building has ample parking and received a Gold Level LEED building certification as a green building.
