Brickell Mar is a condominium community on Brickell Avenue in Miami. Brickell Avenue is Miami’s financial district and home to high end luxury retail and residential property. It is an internationally known address that encompasses approximately twenty blocks of US-1.

This 120-unit building was originally purchased by Key International as a rental community. It was later converted into and re-sold as residential condominium units by Key International.
